Who is up for doing fitness testing on all areas of our fitness? Like how high/far were jumping, endurance, flexibilty, handstands etc. Thought we could do it every December and June to record results and check for improvement!

Yeah im up for the flexibilty and handstand training , im already doing them but it will be good to do it with some one else as well, today i learnt to push up into a handstand from sitting cross leged.

I know your a barstard!!! ;D but it wud be a test for how long u could hold it and then see if u improved after 6months. wat do the rest of ya fink?

nah not gym sesh there too precious! this kinda got 4gotten but we can still do it sum other time like in half term!!
