yeah man totatly! Adam just rest and keep doing the exercises they gave you and your be back in no time, just take it easy and rest up.

never a better time to start conditioning man!
theres always a plus side to being injured. If its your upper body, then start stretching a load.
if its your lower body then start working on your upper body strength!
if you're in a wheelchair then get a job in that BBC thing where theyre playing basketball or something.
