if you are doing pk or tricking then it's best to warm up. (duh) but some peolpe dont and get stressed cause they ent doing the best they can. 1. first off you wana start with your legs as they are most important. 2. do your torso, waist,hips etc. 3. do your arms. 4. remember, your wrist is part of your arms and ankles is a part of your legs so dont forget to rotate these around to warm them up. same applies for your neck.

warm up ur knees especially and ur elbows. ive heard its bad to rotate ur kneck all the way round, ive heard its better half way round then back half way round

nah, it's only bad to rotate it all the way if you force it to or put strain on it. you gotta let it roll loosely. then it's fine.

i should warm down more! from what i hear it decreses aching the next day a fair bit!
