Most people have a problem with dashes so i thought this might help, this is gonna be crap but oh well
theres lots of ways of thinking about a dash vault really
- its like an underbar but ur hands r underneath u instead of above u - imagine someone u hate behind a wall, dropkick over the wall and put ur hands down for support - jump over an obstacle like tony ja in ong bak, he jumps over stuff with his legs infront of him but put ur hands down
timing is important, knowing when 2 put ur hands down is important, i find this hard to explain as it comes natural to me
- all i can say is dont jump up 2 high, jump up so that ur about that ur as is about around the length of ur lower arm above the wall, maybe a bit higher or lower, wateva comes natural 2 u.
u dont want to jump 2 high and clear 2 much distance so that ur putting ur hands down for no reason. u put as much effort into the jump as u wud jumping onto the object. i find if i can jump onto the object i can dash it. or if i can kong onto the object i can kash it.
i know this tutorial sucked but i cant explain dashes because they r natural 2 me and hard to explain.
